Return policy

We want you to love your earplugs. If they’re not right, here’s how to return or exchange them:

Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (check your tracking for the delivery date).
- Custom-sized or personalized earplugs are final sale (no returns).

How to Return:
- Email support@earplugs.zenshop.cn with your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
- We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours—write this on the package (no RA number = delayed processing).
- Ship to: 4584 Edsel Road, Long Beach, California, United States. You’ll pay return shipping (we recommend tracking—we aren’t liable for lost returns).

Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Credited to your original PayPal account (allow 3-5 days for your bank to reflect it).
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days of receiving the return (no extra shipping cost).
- Damaged Items: If you receive defective earplugs, email photos to support@earplugs.zenshop.cn—we’ll send a replacement and cover return shipping.

Exceptions:
- Used earplugs, opened packaging, or items returned after 30 days: No refund/exchange (we can’t resell them for hygiene reasons).
