Payment Terms
Effective Date: January 20, 2020
We accept payments exclusively via PayPal to ensure secure, seamless transactions for all customers.

Payment Process:
- At checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to complete payment (credit/debit cards or PayPal balance).
- Orders are only confirmed once PayPal approves the payment. Failed payments (e.g., insufficient funds) will cancel the order—we’ll notify you via email.

Security:
- PayPal uses industry-leading encryption to protect your financial data—we never see or store your card details.
- All transactions are processed in USD. International customers may see currency conversion fees (determined by PayPal, not us).

Invoices & Receipts:
- A digital receipt is sent to your email after payment. For formal invoices, email support@earplugs.zenshop.cn with your order number.

Refunds & Disputes:
- Refunds are processed to the original PayPal account (see Return Policy for details).
- For payment disputes (e.g., unauthorized charges), contact PayPal directly—they handle resolution per their buyer protection policies.

Additional Terms:
- We don’t offer layaway, partial payments, or invoices. All orders require full payment upfront.
- If PayPal flags a payment as high-risk, we may request additional verification before processing your order.
